Vision Systems
High flexibility for varieties, mixtures and box sizes
To combine different product types, the Schubert image processing system recognises the colours of labels or trays, for example, and passes the data on to the F4 pick-and-place robots. This allows product mixes to be efficiently realised by means of an automated process. Moreover, the scanner detects the shape, position and height of individual products.
